It’s spring and finally nice here in Edmonton, Alberta! It was 19 degrees (Celsius) and sunny here yesterday; such a drastic change from the blizzard we had only two weeks ago! Because the weather was so warm I was craving something refreshing and springy, so I made one of my favorite creamsicle tasting smoothies! With an added boost of vitamin C from Camu Berry Powder, your immune system will love you.

- 1 cup Frozen Banana
- 1 peeled Orange
- 1 teaspoon Camu Camu Berry Powder
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Manna
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
