Thank you for visiting my blog, Raw Revive.  This is a space where I can inspire others and be creative.  All recipes here are vegan and gluten-free, some cooked but mostly raw.  I also plan on sharing information on natural living including beauty tips soon… stay tuned!

Living a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me (although I may have not always acted on it), and I believe we can heal our body with food.  I always thought I was eating healthy but I got into that nasty habit of eating quick, grab and go processed foods, and looking back I was rarely eating fruits and veggies, no wonder I was constantly getting sick!

I started doing some research on raw, plant-based foods and knew I had to change to my diet.  I completed a one month raw food cleanse and fell in love with fresh, whole foods! Not only did I feel amazing, my energy sky rocketed, I was sleeping better, my mood was stable and I felt a deeper spiritual connection with the earth and surrounding energy.

Before I started this journey I was what you call a “Pescatarian”, meaning I ate seafood and eggs but no meat or dairy. Now, I continue to eat a high-raw, plant-based diet, and share all my recipes here with you all.  I do not track fat or calories because I believe if you are eating a balanced diet full of whole foods this does not matter, and this works for me.

My new found passion inspired me to complete many chef courses including ones based on nutrition and I continue to learn.  Thank you for visiting, please feel free to contact me if you have any comments or questions.
