I attended Crystal’s Introduction to Raw Chocolate making course in October, 2017. I really enjoyed this course, learned a lot and was able to go home and create variations of these recipes thanks to the recipe booklet that was provided. Crystal provides excellent and comprehensive instruction on this topic that she is passionate about. I loved that there was a nice variety of samples that I made to take home and share with my family! 😊
Highly recommend Crystal’s classes
I was happily surprised to learn much more than just recipes. This class gave me a great introduction to the health benefits of raw foods, tips about the tools and ingredients to use, and Crystal’s personal recommendations and alternatives. I use the smoothie recipe almost everyday and was so proud when I made my first raw pad Thai Highly recommend this class! Really small and intimate. Super fun.
Incredibly knowledgeable, organized and well-spoken
I’ve taken three different courses from Crystal and they’ve all been fantastic experiences!! Introduction to Raw food (which was not as scary or intimidating as I thought it would be). An introduction course on Raw Dehydration, and last but not least Raw chocolate (Mmmmmmmmmm) Crystal is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and well spoken. Her teaching space and style is relaxing, warm, and inviting. She is a wonderful person that has an obvious passion for Raw food and it comes through in her courses and teaching.
